Our Process
A Clear and Coordinated Pathfrom Concept to Completion
Our process helps clients understand each stage of the project and make informed decisions, while keeping design, manufacturing, fabrication and installation connected to the approved objectives.
Step 1
Initial Consultation
We begin by learning about:
- The type of project
- Residential or commercial use
- Existing space and conditions
- Functional requirements
- Design preferences
- Budget range
- Desired timeline
The initial conversation helps us understand the scope and recommend the right next step.
Step 2
Site Review and Measurements
Our team visits the property to review the existing space and take accurate measurements.
We also assess walls, floors, doors, windows, equipment, plumbing, electrical locations and other conditions that may affect the design, production or installation.
Step 3
Space and Cabinetry Design
The design is developed around the verified dimensions, project requirements and client preferences.
We consider:
- Space planning
- Movement and circulation
- Cabinet construction
- Storage requirements
- Appliances or commercial equipment
- Proportion
- Material combinations
- Overall visual character
Step 4
3D Visualization
A 3D presentation helps clients understand the proposed layout, cabinetry proportions, colours and material relationships.
This stage provides an opportunity to review the design, provide feedback and refine important details before production begins.
Step 5
Material and Finish Selection
Our team assists with the selection of:
- Cabinet doors
- Cabinet colours and finishes
- Countertop materials
- Natural stone
- Hardware
- Handles and pulls
- Interior cabinet accessories
- Other related finishes
Selections are evaluated according to appearance, durability, maintenance, application and budget.
Step 6
Quotation and Final Approval
Once the design and materials are sufficiently defined, we confirm the scope, product specifications, quantities, installation requirements and related costs.
Following approval, the project moves into production preparation.
Step 7
Cabinet Manufacturing and Stone Fabrication
Cabinetry and stone components are manufactured according to the approved dimensions and specifications.
Important measurements, cutout locations, material direction, edge details and installation requirements are reviewed before completion.
Step 8
Delivery and Installation
After production is complete, our team coordinates delivery and installation.
Installers carefully address cabinet alignment, component connections, door adjustments, countertop seams and other finishing details.
Step 9
Final Review
Once installation is complete, we review the finished work and confirm that the main elements reflect the approved plan.
Any remaining details are identified and addressed as required.
